The Client represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary consents, permissions, and legal rights to share any third-party data (including but not limited to the data of the Client’s own customers) with the Company. Any approval provided by the Client—whether via email, project management software, or verbal confirmation—shall be deemed as formal authorization for the Company to process that data.

13.2 Third-Party Claims. Revenuestack Advisory Limited acts solely as a service provider under the direction of the Client. The Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers from any and all claims, lawsuits, regulatory fines, or damages arising from the use of third-party data provided by the Client.

13.3 Liability for Adverse Outcomes. In the event of data breaches originating from the Client’s systems, privacy litigation initiated by the Client’s customers, or regulatory investigations, the Client acknowledges that final accountability rests with the Client’s internal data management and authorization protocols. Revenuestack Advisory Limited shall not be held liable for the legal or financial consequences of actions taken with the Client’s explicit or implied authorization.
